Purchase details. Placing an order with us means we receive your name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email, your phone number, and the specifics of what you bought. Your card information runs through an outside payment processor and is never held on our servers.
Your messages. Our contact form asks for your name, email, subject, an order or batch reference if you have one, and your note, all so we can reply.
Email sign-ups. When you ask for our welcome code or news, we keep your email address on file. Opting out is available anytime through the link at the bottom of any message or by reaching out to us.
Cookies and related tools. Only a handful of functional cookies are in play here: one records your 21+ age confirmation so the prompt does not reappear on every page, WooCommerce cookies keep your shopping cart functioning, and sign-in cookies apply when you hold an account. Advertising cookies are not something we use.
How your information is used
We rely on it to process and ship your orders, answer your messages, deliver the newsletter you signed up for, confirm legal eligibility (both age and shipping state), guard against fraud, and meet our legal obligations. Your personal information is never sold.
Who receives it
We share it strictly with the service providers required to operate the store: our payment processor (to bill your order), the shipping carriers (to bring it to you), our email provider (to handle order and newsletter messages), and our web host. None of them get more than what their role calls for.
How long we keep it
We hold order records for the period that tax, accounting, and legal rules demand. Your newsletter email stays with us until you opt out. Contact messages remain only for as long as it takes to settle your question.
