Rooted in the wild. Vetted for you. That line isn’t just ink on a label.
It’s the rule we sort by. No brand reaches our shelf until it clears the same run of checks, and nothing leaves without a batch code you’re free to trace whenever you like. Here we lay the vetting out in order, link by link: six checks, three lab panels, one bar to clear.
How a brand earns the shelf
Making kratom isn’t our line of work — vetting it is. We trace every product we carry backward through six checks, and the sequence is deliberate: miss one and the brand never reaches the shelf.
- 01
Who makes it
First question, every time: who’s behind this? The only brands we stock are the ones that publish third-party COAs, say plainly where their leaf originates, and hold to AKA GMP standards. A brand that won’t back its own paperwork never gets a look.
- 02
Where it grew
A rainforest tree in the coffee family, Mitragyna speciosa takes after coffee in a key way: the ground it grows in and the handling it gets shape everything. So we press each brand to name its origin and to speak straight about vein color and strain — how mature the leaf was, and what became of it once it was picked.
- 03
The leaf itself
One origin, not a mystery blend cobbled together to hit a price. Dried with intention — sun, shade, or slow-dry to suit the strain — then milled to an even, fine powder. Nothing added: no filler, no dye, no cutting agent. Leaf, full stop.
- 04
The outside lab
No batch goes out until samples reach an independent, third-party laboratory — one the brand neither owns nor can sway. It reports what the batch holds and, just as crucially, what it lacks. No COA, no shelf space.
- 05
The sealed batch
Batches that pass are sealed in airtight, light-blocking packaging and marked with a lot number. We keep inventory lean and turn it over fast, drawing from recent batches instead of warehousing aging stock.
- 06
At your door
Every package arrives stamped with its maker’s batch code — your way into the paper trail. Line it up with its Certificate of Analysis right here, on your schedule, for as long as the product stays with you.
What the lab reports on
A Certificate of Analysis is the lab’s sworn record of a batch. A full COA maps three territories:
Plant identity & alkaloids
Verifies the leaf is authentic Mitragyna speciosa and puts a number on the alkaloids it naturally carries, mitragynine among them — the sort of batch-to-batch consistency you can check with your own eyes.
Microbial checks
A screen for salmonella, E. coli, yeast, mold, and the overall microbial count. When handling stays clean from grove to mill, clearing it is ordinary rather than a matter of luck.

What we insist on
One origin, no exceptions
One product, one source, one harvest — we don’t blend from mystery stock just to shave the price.
Small batches, every time
Freshness is part of quality, plain and simple. We hold small amounts and move them quickly — better to run dry than to push stale stock.
Results in the open
A public COA rides along with everything we sell. When a batch has no paperwork to show, it doesn’t go up for sale here.
Plain talk on labels
We name what’s inside and where it originated — and we skip the health claims. The law demands it, and you deserve marketing that honors both.
Would we stake our own name on this brand?
That’s what we put to every brand, every harvest, every lot — well before any of it wins room on our shelf.
